Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we only deliver to customers and retailers in Australia.

How do you determine the cost of shipping?

We work with Smart Send to calculate the cheapest shipping cost out of various couriers to your area.  

How can I track my orders & payment?

After we have received your order we will send an invoice receipt and tracking number to the email address you provided confirming payment and postage.    

My order never arrived?

In the event of lost mail, check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email with your order number, and we’ll speak to our couriers.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged?

Send us an email with your order number, and we’ll be in touch.
